Dr. Fanohy Rasoamalala is particularly interested in the ecology of zoonoses and the environmental factors that influence pathogen circulation in small mammal communities. As part of the Rodent EEID project, Fanohy contributes to field surveys, ecological data collection, and the characterization of rodent populations across the study sites. Her work also involves integrating ecological and epidemiological insights to better understand disease spread.
