With a background in animal science and laboratory management, Elena’s main interests lie in wildlife ecology and the impact of environmental change on wildlife populations and disease ecology. She is a research assistant and fieldwork lead based at Wytham Woods, Oxford, responsible for running the fieldwork and data collection activities for the three year longitudinal study.
